Conditions for return procedures:

Our return period is 14 calendar days from receipt of the garment.

The garments must be in their original condition .

All garments that have been worn, altered or damaged will not be accepted.

For hygiene reasons, returns of jewelry items will not be accepted.

Economic terms:

The customer will have to assume the shipping costs for returning the item and can choose between the following options:

• Home pickup
• Drop off at the Post Office
• Return made at the customer's own expense.

Once the garment has been received and reviewed, we will send you a message notifying you that it has arrived. We will notify you if we have accepted or rejected the return. If accepted, we will give you the option to refund the amount or give you a voucher for the same purchase value (collection for this option is free).
